- Located right next to the airport, this should be the fist place you stop. Fill up that rental car you got a great discount on with snacks and drinks and literally save hundreds of dollars. And save at least $1 a gallon on gasoline compared to anywhere else on the island, perfect before returning a rental car.

Kaanapali Public Beach - FREE
- Even though it is part of the Sheraton Hotel, it is a beach open to the public. Flanked by a large natural sea wall were the adventurous dive into the crystal blue waters, it is a great place to see turtles and whales in the distance. Come back at sunset to see the cliff diving show.

Napili Beach -FREE
- A great place to find Sea Turtles. They come here for the algae that grows on the coral walls that protect the beach. Go here after having breakfast at the Gazibo.

Kapalua Beach - FREE
- Designated as one of the best beaches in the world. Great little beach with clear blue water perfect for snorkeling, swimming, boogey boarding and body surfing. Be warned, it is popular and fills up early.

Oneloa Beach
- Almost as nice as Kapalua Beach Beach but bigger and more deserted. If this was not one of the best beaches in the world, it must have just missed it.

Haleakala National Park
- An incredible experience. Go from sea level to 10,000 feet within 7 miles from the shore. Not only do you have the best views of the island and surrounding islands, but you get to look into and go into a volcano where NASA trains and tests equipment.
Road to Hana
- The textbook case of "it's not the destination, it's the journey." Leave early, go slow, and stop often. If it doesn't take a whole day to drive it, you missed most of it.
Charles Lindbergh's
- A very serine and peaceful place of the grave of the famous aviator. Great view of the south shore. A great end of the day when you do the Road to Hana.

- Huge Waterfalls, a bamboo forest, and seven sacred pools. One of the most exotic national parks in the Unites States of America. Lots of hiking but well worth the effort.
